Personal Reflections...
The goals of therapy is not to make life problem-free, but to give ordinary life the depth and richness that comes with self-awareness, self-growth, and self-change. I perceive therapy as an ongoing process that concerns itself not only with addressing central flaws but also with enriching the small details of daily life. The focus on therapy involves how we define ourselves and heighten our understanding of relationships. Therapy allows and interpersonal transformation to occur and deepen our connection to the most intimate sense of ourselves, our soul.
